Big 8 Down

It was novemeber 8 2010 and I was at my favorite food plot were I've been seeing 10 to 20 does everytime. The bucks were in full rut and I just knew I was going to see the big 8 I had missed a week earlier. I got in the stand really early and sure enough right at daylight here he came chasing a doe. He stopped at 45 yards and I layed the hammer down and he dropped. It was the biggest buck I've ever shot and he scored a 150 1/2.
