I wanted to let all of you know that I have been working very hard over the last two months and have made some major improvements to my outfitting services for 2009. I just finished negotiations and I'm proud to say that I've secured a spectacular Illinois deer hunting lodge. This is a huge opportunity for me, one that I couldn't pass up and I'm so excited that I can hardly sleep at night.

I consider this the opportunity of my lifetime, this is my dream come true and this is what I was meant to do. Securing a great lodge of this quality is everything I've always wanted, it's what I want to do for a living and it's what I want to do for rest of my life. For all of my hard work and years of successfully outfitting clients, this opportunity is what I've been training myself for and it's all I think about, every day and every waking moment.

This 5-star lodge is absolutely immaculate, at nearly 6000 sq ft, it sleeps 26 people, has three levels, 8 bedrooms, 5 baths, walk-in cooler, sits on 20 acres and has a small lake with a beautiful backyard view of the woods. Words just cannot describe this lodge and you just have to see it to believe it.

This lodge was operated by an outfitting service called Midwest Whitetail Adventures and has been one of Illinois top outfitters four years in a row. Hunting celebrities like Michael Waddell from Realtree Roadtrips has stayed in this lodge and be sure to check out their website for all the big bucks they have taken over the years.

Midwest Whitetail Adventures Outfitting Service is truly a first class professional operation; I respect them & admire what they have accomplished over the years. I'm fascinated by their business success, hunter success, trophy management skills and I will be modeling my business from them this year. I will run this operation to the best of my ability, as good if not better than Midwest Whitetail Adventures did, with a total commitment to quality, great customer service and full commitment to all of my clients.

I'm currently reviewing all of my land options for your hunt, this will take some time to finalize (weather permitting) and will take a lot of scouting before I make any decisions. Many of these properties are over 1000 acres each, have been professionally managed for years and I plan to be centralized with the land being close to the lodge.

I do have several bookings for this lodge already, I will be limiting the number of hunters and I don't expect these spots to last very long, when the public finds out. I plan to offer a mixture of semi and fully guided hunts with stands, guides, cleaning service and a professional cook. For my clients who have been so good to me in the past by recruiting hunters, I will be offering a substantial discount if you can book a large group of hunters.

The prices for these IL hunts will be higher than in the past, I will be close to what MWA currently lists and I will be comparing the other top 3 or 4 outfitters prices as well. I will also continue to offer the same do-it-yourself style hunts that I have done for the last 7 years. At this early stage of the year, I will be offering discounts for hunters who pay for their hunt early and by paying in full. Also, this lodge will be available in the off season for turkey hunters, travelers or possibly as a bed & breakfast in the future.

This is going to be our best year ever, I work very hard for all of you and I need your help. I'm asking for a prompt response if you want to hunt IL this year and I will need a call or email to confirm everything. Also, I will need deposits immediately in order to hold your spot or I can put you on the waiting list. Please allow some time for the website changes, do not delay because you are hearing about this before the public and before any advertising.
