Fried Back Strap Recipe

Take back strap and slice into medallion about 1/8 inch thick. 3 beaten eggs in a bowl. 1 cup of all purpose flour. i cup Japanese bread crumbs. salt, black pepper, garlic powder. dip the medallion in egg then flower. then dip in bread crumbs. salt, black pepper and garlic to taste. then deep fry till golden brown.
